Barb came to Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center and did an amazing job in her training sessions for our department directors. She brought so many real world experiences to our team and promoted group discussion to ensure the training was beneficial in our setting. We plan on having her back in the future for more training.

Barbara is an inspiring leader that I was lucky to have as a direct manager.  In the workplace, Barbara dives deep into the details of processes and situations to find ways to insist on high standards.  She leverages her experience and details she has gathered to provide valuable guidance to keep business efforts on track to deliver results.

As a direct manager, Barbara knows how to identify strengths of her people and use those strengths to deliver.  She is an incredible and effective coach, providing critical feedback and support to improve skills to deliver results for the company.  I have witnessed Barbara as a leader over several teams within Amazon, using the same leadership practices.  Personally, she worked with me to help me to improve and polish my skills across numerous topics.  We have continued to have a mentoring relationship over the last 14 years.  I cannot thank Barbara enough for her mentoring, leadership and impact in my career.

I had the pleasure of supporting Barb in an accounts payable role.  Barb's focus on metrics and process improvement helped drive the team to reduce aged payables, improved timely payments, and identifying improvement areas for product lines.  Through Barb's leadership the team was able to automate multiple processes and improve controls for the payables department.  Barb is an excellent leader who cares for her employees and pushes them to succeed.

Barb is an outstanding leader who demonstrates an exceptional understanding of human nature.
